Tristessa WINS the COURT battle and Becomes the official owner of her band!!!!!!
Tristessa has definitely won a Court dispute that began nearly 2 years ago against her old band's mate Kinthia, regarding the official ownership of the band's name and logo. Such Court case was started after the band went thru a drastic line-up split before the "Sirens" album was written and recorded, but finally last month a Greek Court has finally declared the earlier intellectual property rights on the logo of ASTARTE by Tristessa and also sentenced Kinthia's bad faith attempt to take-over such rights with the aim to obtain unlawful gains from the exploitation of the said trademark and logo, filing of the rejected application without any right or even licence by its lawful owner Maria Kolokouri (Tristessa) .
